The One-Take Guarantee

The only audio guarantee in the industry. Here's the entire document.

We model your room, coordinate your frequencies, and build redundancy into every signal path — before load-in. If a core audio deliverable fails in a way our models didn't predict, that deliverable is refunded. In writing. Below.

Why we can sign this and no one else will

What we promise, in one paragraph.

Before your event, you receive a written Model Package: the acoustic simulation of your room, the coordinated RF frequency plan, and the redundancy map showing every signal path with its backup. Those documents are the standard your event is measured against. If, during your event, a core audio deliverable fails — a dropout, dead zone, or unintelligible feed that our models said wouldn't happen — the fee for that deliverable is refunded. Fully. No arbitration gymnastics, no "acts of God" fine print hiding in paragraph nine. The paperwork we gave you is the promise.

A guarantee is only as good as what's behind it.

Most AV companies plan audio in the parking lot at load-in. Frequencies get picked the morning of. Coverage gets eyeballed. If something fails, the explanation is "that's live events."

We don't accept that explanation, so we removed the conditions that create it:

Modeled rooms.

Every venue is simulated in acoustic design software before a truck rolls. Coverage, intelligibility, and dead-zone risk are predicted — and corrected — weeks before your guests arrive.

Coordinated frequencies.

Licensed engineers scan and plot the RF environment in advance. Every wireless microphone and in-ear channel is assigned a clean, coordinated frequency. Dropouts aren't bad luck; they're bad planning.

Redundant paths.

Every critical signal travels two routes. A cable, a switcher, or a transmitter failing doesn't reach your audience, because it never had only one way to travel.

Certified engineers.

L-Acoustics and Meyer Sound certified. The same people who mix national tours stand beside your podium.

Meet them

When your process removes single points of failure, guaranteeing the outcome isn't brave. It's arithmetic.

The covered deliverables.

A "core audio deliverable" is anything the Model Package commits us to. Specifically:

  • Speech intelligibilitypredicted coverage and intelligibility targets in the Model Package, achieved in the modeled seating areas
  • Wireless stabilityzero unplanned dropouts on coordinated frequencies
  • Signal continuitycritical audio paths survive any single equipment failure
  • Program levelsmix meets the loudness and headroom standards stated in your Model Package
  • Broadcast/stream feeddedicated mix meets the feed specifications agreed in writing

What "core audio deliverable" does NOT mean: the parts of your event we don't control.

Venue power failures, acts of nature, last-minute guest requests outside the agreed scope, or changes made to our setup by third parties after our sign-off aren't ours to guarantee — no honest company would claim otherwise. And we put every exclusion right here, in the same size type as the promise.

You hold the measuring stick.

Ten days before your event, you receive:

  1. 01

    Acoustic model

the room simulation with coverage maps and intelligibility predictions

  2. 02

    RF plan

every wireless channel, its frequency, and its coordination data

  3. 03

    Redundancy map

every critical signal path and its backup route

  4. 04

    Deliverables schedule

the specific, measurable commitments your event is held to

If it's in the package, it's guaranteed. If it's not in the package, it was never promised — and you'll know the difference before you pay a second invoice.

Three steps. Two weeks. Paid.

  1. 1

    Report it.

Within 48 hours of your event, in writing, referencing the Model Package.

  2. 2

    We review.

Within five business days, our Director of Engineering reviews the failure against the model — with you, not at you.

  3. 3

    We refund.

If the failure wasn't predicted and falls in a covered deliverable, the fee for that deliverable is refunded within 14 days of confirmation. Full stop.

We also publish the outcome. Every invoked guarantee, honored in full, is added to our Evidence page — because a guarantee company that hides its claims is just a company.

Everything else you'd expect to find buried.

  • The guarantee applies to events contracted under The Boardroom Standard or The Certainty Tier.
  • Coverage requires our documented pre-production process, including the site survey and Model Package delivery — we don't guarantee work we weren't allowed to engineer.
  • Third-party changes after the Ops Sign-off checkpoint void coverage for affected deliverables only.
  • This page is a summary. The controlling language lives in your service agreement, which contains the same commitments in lawyer-ready form.

Anyone can promise certainty. We're the only ones who'll sign it.
